Luis Enrique has already discussed preseason plans with Barcelona sports director Andoni Zubizarreta.
Enrique announced his Celta Vigo departure on Friday, though there's been no confirmation from the coach nor Barca that he will succeed Tata Martino.
However, Sport says planning is already well underway, with Enrique expecting to take his first training session on July 7.
Zubizarreta will meet with the Barca board later this afternoon where it is expected he will seek to confirm the appointment of Enrique as head coach for next season.
The Bosman signing of Borussia Monchengladbach goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen should also be rubberstamped.
