Shakhtar Donetsk coach Mircea Lucescu is urging Douglas Costa not to leave this month.
The Brazilian is interesting AC Milan.
"Take another year of the Champions League with us and you will be perfect," Lucescu said.
"I am only proud if one of my players was to go to a big club. But I want a deal to be done in the right way, where the team is concerned.
"For me, he is stronger than James Rodriguez."
