Lucas Piazon could end up costing Chelsea a whopping £10 million.
The midfielder has been a star in their run to the FA Youth Cup final after joining Chelsea last year from Sao Paulo.
The London Evening Standard says if Piazon fulfils his potential, the fee to Sao Paulo could rise to £10million.
