Lucas Biglia expects to leave Anderlecht this summer.
Biglia, 26 has an £8million buy-out clause in his contract.
He said: "It's true Real Madrid and Arsenal are interested in me.
"I have a contract with Anderlecht until 2015 but the club know what I want. My intention is to leave."
