Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren has urged his side to remain patient when they travel to KC Stadium to face Hull City on Tuesday.
The Reds are currently placed fifth on the Premier League table and they will need no less than three points from the game to sustain any kind of challenge on the top four.
Liverpool failed to find the net as they played out a goalless draw against West Bromwich Albion on Saturday but Lovren does not want the team to be too dissatisfied after creating a massive number of chances at The Hawthorns.
"We're disappointed that we couldn't get the three points," the centre-back told liverpoolfc.com.
"It was a tough game for us, difficult to play against 11 players behind the ball. We had some good opportunities and didn't score.
"It's better to have a point than to lose - they also had a couple of chances on the counter-attack - but of course it was a disappointment for us.
"It was difficult after the game against Aston Villa. Everyone was dreaming that we would win the trophy, and we lost.
"Of course it was difficult. But we knew that we needed to move on and we were preparing well all week. Now we need to focus on the game on Tuesday against Hull City.
"It will be a typical game, similar to today.
"We'll need to be patient again and wait for our opportunities to score. Hopefully we'll get the three points."
