Peter Lovenkrands isn't giving up on his future with Newcastle United.
The Danish striker comes off contract in June, but believes qualifying for the Champions League may convince Newcastle boss Alan Pardew to keep him on.
"If we get into the Champions League, it might make a difference, because then we will need a bigger squad than usual," said Lovenkrands. "And if the club needs me, I am very open to it.
"I'd love to stay, but unfortunately it is not just up to me."
