Lazio president Claudio Lotito is planning to shell out £30 million on keeping together his squad in the summer.
Il Messaggero says Lotito intends to sign permanently Mauro Zarate, who is on-loan from Qatar's Al Sadd and also hand Brazilian midfielder Francelino Matuzalem a long-term deal.
Midfielder Cristian Ledesma and striker Goran Pandev will also be awarded new contracts.
