Lorient are relenting on their asking price for Aston Villa target Jordan Ayew.

Currently in England to complete the switch, Ayew blasted Lorient chiefs for hiking up their valuation for the Ghana forward.

However, L'Equipe says Lorient and Villa have struck terms over a €12 million fee for Ayew.

The attacker will sign a five-year deal once he passes a medical.

Ayew's older brother, Andre Ayew, joined Swansea City from Olympique Marseille earlier this month.
