Real Betis president Manuel Ruiz de Lopera is set to sell the club by the end of the month.
It's been confirmed that BSport (Betis Sport SL) have received the necessary bank guarantees to complete their takeover.
Lopera has agreed to sign the contracts needed to complete the club buyout by the end of October, which was announced on the Betis website yesterday.
