Chelsea goalkeeper coach Christophe Lollichon feels Petr Cech's influence at the club cannot be underestimated.
Lollichon has been with Chelsea for six years working with Cech.
"Petr is a challenger and one of those players who, after the Champions League group stage was able to go again," the Frenchman told the Daily Mail. "He wants to win everything he can win. We played eight competitions and we won just one. It is not good enough. The Super Cup performance was a scandal. We need more players like him.
"After the Champions League when we were out and had to wake up, there were some difficult games where it was not a massive game. After a few moments it was OK. The mentality from the players and staff and Rafa Benitez was strong. He was very calm but a very good influence."
