LOAN WATCH: Villarreal's De Guzman scores cracker in Swansea rout of Sunderland

Jonathan De Guzman scored a cracking goal in Swansea City's 4-0 demolition of Sunderland at The Liberty Stadium on Saturday.

After a scoreless first half, Phil Bardsley scored an unlucky own-goal to give the Swans the lead. Only a minute later, 26-year old Dutchman De Guzman curled a magnificent strike around Lee Westwood from 25 yards out to double the advantage.

Wilfried Bony made it three for Swansea and Steven Fletcher scored the Black Cats second own-goal of the game to round up the victory.

De Guzman is enjoying his second year on loan at the South Wales club from La Liga side Villarreal and if he can continue his current form, he will be hoping he can be a part of the Netherlands World Cup squad next summer.
