Morgan Amalfitano turned in a wonderful display as he helped his loan side West Bromwich Albion defeat Manchester United 2-1 at Old Trafford on Saturday.
Amalfitano, who joined the Midlands club from Marseille on loan in the summer, grabbed a deserved lead for the Baggies with a brilliant solo run through the heart of the United defence, which culminated in a splendid chip over David De Gea.
West Bromwich reportedly agreed a £1.7 million fee with Marseille for a permanent deal for the Frenchman and look keen to make that go through after a match-winning performance such as this.
