LOAN WATCH: Man Utd's Keane excited as Derby prepare for Leicester

Michael Keane is eagerly anticipating this week's Championship meeting between Derby County and Leicester City.

The 20-year old Manchester United defender is on loan with the Rams this season after spending time with the Foxes last term and he is looking forward to seeing some of his old teammates when the two sides clash at King Power Stadium in the East Midlands derby on Friday night.

"It's good experience for me to have been here and done this before," said Keane.

"I've played in big games that mean a lot. I've been in this position before and the pressure the team comes under increases each week, to be honest. But I think I can help the team out.

"I'm really enjoying my time here at Derby, as I did at Leicester. I'm really looking forward to the game. I had a great time there last season. I've still got some friends there.

"It's got a big game feel to it tomorrow (Friday). Both teams are flying high but hopefully we can come out on top."

Leicester currently sit at the top of the tier two table while Derby find themselves fourth, seven points in arrears of Friday's opponent.
