Liverpool loanee, Taiwo Awoniyi, scored Royal Excel Mouscron's sole goal in their 3-1 loss to Gent on Friday night.
Gent opened the scoring in the 29th via a Moses Simon penalty.
Awoniyi quickly equalised four minutes later, when he hit home the rebound of a long-distance shot from a fellow player, after the goalkeeper parried the ball into his path.
Yuya Kuba regained the lead for Gent in the 39th minute, after he dribbled the ball past four defenders in the box and fired into the back of the net.
Dylan Brown then sealed the game in the 74th minute, when he hit the ball from outside the box and it neatly dipped below the crossbar, and into the goal.
