The Croatian midfielder dominated in the midfield all match, using an array of passes to control the center of the park for QPR. He was effective early on following a thumping strike that rattled Millwall keeper David Forde's post.
After Millwall were denied of a penalty, QPR went up the other end of the park with the ball falling into the lap of Kranjcar who slotted home past a helpless Forde.
QPR assistant Kevin Bond spoke to Eurosport after the game and praised the performance of Kranjcar who is on loan from Ukrainian side Dynamo Kiev.
"Niko Kranjcar is a magnificent footballer. He has got that top class quality, he can see things and he can execute things as you saw today, he was excellent," said Bond.
