LOAN WATCH: Fulham's Trotta nets in Brentford win over MK Dons

Fulham loanee Marcello Trotta made it two goals in two games with his second-half effort helping Brentford to a 3-1 triumph over MK Dons at Griffin Park on Sunday.

After finding the net in the Bees' previous victory over Swindon Town, Trotta doubled the advantage early in the second half following Clayton Donaldson's opener.Sam Saunders pass, Trotta found himself with space on the edge of the box and struck the ball neatly past Dons goalkeeper David Martin to take his season goal tally to six.

The vital win means that Brentford will see out 2013 sitting on top of the SkyBet League One table with the Bees looking to rectify their heartbreaking playoff defeat to Doncaster Rovers last season.
