Max Oberschmidt wants his loan spell with Celtic to be extended past the turn of the year.

The 18-year old Fulham goalkeeper is on a temporary deal with the Hoops, which is set to expire in early January, but he admits he would like to stay at Parkhead for the entire season.

"I could maybe extend it to the summer depending on how it goes," the German told the Daily Record.

"I hope to get to show good performances and help the club out."
