On-loan Chelsea forward Stipe Perica continued his impressive form for NAC Breda with a goal in the 2-2 draw with Groningen in the Dutch Eredivisie on the weekend.

NAC took the lead on ten minutes when Jeffrey Sarpong's cross found Danny Verbeek who smashed home past Groningen goalkeeper Marco Bizot.

18-year old Perica doubled the advantage in the 74th minute as a flick-on from a cross landed at the feet of the Croatian, who took a touch before firing home his fourth goal of the season.

Late goals from Groningen duo Giliano Wijnaldum and Michael De Leeuw rescued a point for the visitors, much to the despair of NAC who missed out on the opportunity to leapfrog PSV Eindhoven, leaving them in 11th place on the Eredivisie table on 19 points.
