Patrick Bamford blistering start to the season has continued on the weekend as MK Dons defeated lowly Notts County 3-1.
The Dons took the lead after five minutes of play as Chelsea loanee Bamford intercepted Alan Sheehan's back pass and calmly squared the ball back for Luke Chadwick to fire home.
Aston Villa's Samir Carruthers was also impressive for MK Dons, coming close to scoring with several chances.
However, it was Bamford who stole the show with his injury-time goal securing his side the win which now sees the Dons sitting sixth on the League One table.
