Wellington kept Murcia's play-off hopes alive by netting a brace against Lugo.
The forward scored twice in the space of three minutes after Kike put the hosts in front on the hour. Wellington was replaced after 84 minutes and Lugo pulled a goal back in second-half stoppage time.
