19-year-old Dubliner Jack Byrne is starting to hit full stride in Holland.
After signing for bottom side, SC Cambuur, on loan in the summer, Byrne has played 90 minutes in 10 of his last 12 appearances for the Eredivisie club.
Despite falling 3-1 to Heracles on the weekend, Cambuur's one shining light was Byrne. The Manchester City loanee fired home a cracking goal from range to open the scoring on 32 minutes.

Byrne's performance in central midfield led to an inclusion in the Eredivisie Team of the Week.

Here is Byrne with another great goal last month against PEC Zwolle:
This is Byrne's first spell on loan and for him to be performing well in a mediocre team and in a tough league; City will be taking note of his progress.
Byrne's exploits have also been brought to the attention of Republic of Ireland manager Martin O'Neill, who commented on the youngster prior to his performance on the weekend.
"He's doing very well. I've not seen him personally, but obviously I've got the DVDs of his performances," O'Neill said.
"He's definitely one that you would feel that in the future time should come through and make it.
"He's got a lot of natural talent, which he's shown. And at least he's made the effort to go out on loan to try further his career and to try make himself a more experienced player. Well done to him for that."
