Freddie Sears is being encouraged by West Ham to go out on loan for experience, with Crystal Palace the latest club being linked with the 19 year old. Last week the striker seemed bound for Sheffield Wednesday but the Daily Mail is now reporting Sears will remain in the capital with Palace.
