Catania sports chief Pietro Lo Monaco expects maximum effort from Maxi Lopez leading up to the January market.

Maxi is expected to leave Catania in January, most likely for AC Milan.

"I continue to expect the maximum effort from him. Over the summer he was burned by the Fiorentina issue, as he had reached an agreement with them, but the Viola had not talked to us," said Lo Monaco.
