Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has implored his teammates to carry on with their brilliant recent form following Sunday’s North London derby triumph over Arsenal.

Spurs beat the Gunners 2-1 at White Hart Lane to extend their undefeated streak to 12 matches but Lloris wants kick on after such an intense victory against their arch rivals.

"It was a great game with great intensity, I could feel that on the pitch," Lloris told the club's official website.

"It's an important win. I think we kept control during the game, maybe we had some difficulty the first 20 minutes but we didn't concede a lot of opportunities after the first and second goals.

"After the Arsenal goal we kept good intentions to the end of the game but we had a great lucidity and it was a great performance.

"We're all happy with the three points but the season is not finished; we have to continue in this form."
