Hugo Lloris says Tottenham's players can't hide behind their "potential" tag.
The France keeper was hurt by the north Londoners' Champions League defeat by Monaco in front of a crowd of 85,011 at Wembley on Wednesday night.
Ahead of their clash with Sunderland, Lloris said, “As a club we can always look forward as we are a young squad with good potential.
“But it is not enough to say it – we need to show it, too. We have started well in the Premier League and we need to carry that on.
“And hopefully we will bounce back in the Champions League. We have to show the right face of this team.
“I have got a bit of experience now in football and we always used to say that a big team does not lose twice in a row."
