Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is pondering the downfall of former club Lyon.
The French number one and his Spurs teammates take on Les Gones in the Europa League Round of 32 first leg at White Hart Lane on Thursday and is targeting a victory over his former employers.
"I received a lot of calls and messages! I have a lot of friends there still," he told Tottenham's official website.
"It's not easy for me because I have a good relationship with all my ex-teammates but that is football, that is the life. On the pitch there are no friends. We play for our team and give all the best for our team.
"The objective is to be in the next round. We have ambition in this competition - we want to win."
