Newcastle United managing director Derek Llambias has revealed they already have plans for the summer market.
He told the Evening Chronicle: "We have plans for the club and we are taking them forward.
"We have a grid that is made up by the manager and it highlights the areas we need to strengthen.
"We pinpoint a player and then we go out and look at him."
Fans were told the club have a plan in place if they are relegated to the Championship but Llambias feels it won't be needed and was confident of survival.
