Freddie Ljungberg has revealed that he may leave the Seattle Sounders when this season's play-offs are finished.

The former Arsenal and Sweden star has been a major factor as to why the expansion club has reached the play-offs in their first season but has not yet confirmed what he will do in the future.

"After the playoff here, I will sit down with my agent and discuss how I shall continue," he told Sportbladet.

But before he makes his decision, the 32-year old will attempt to lead the Sounders to the league title and become the second team in 11 years to win the MLS Cup in their first season, following the Chicago Fire in 1998.
