Arsenal legend Freddie Ljungberg would love to make his Celtic debut this weekend against Rangers.
The former Chicago Fire star has been handed fellow Swede Henrik Larsson's iconic No 7 shirt at Parkhead and is now in line for a sensational Old Firm debut.
And he admitted: "I would love to play against Rangers.
"I have never been to the Glasgow derby before, but I played with Johan Mjallby and Henrik Larsson in the national team for a long time and heard all about it.
"I've seen them on TV a lot too."
Ljungberg, whose chances of a start have been bolstered by the absence of suspended skipper Scott Brown, appreciates full well the responsibility of having Larsson's number.
He said: "It is an honour and I will try to live up to it.
"When I was at Arsenal I had Ian Wright's number and he was a legend there.
"I'll try to do the same here with the No 7 shirt - to wear it with pride and do my best."
