Livorno president Aldo Spinelli has ruled out selling star Giovanni Pasquale to Napoli.

"Will we sell Giovanni Pasquale to Napoli? Not even for £12m," he boomed. "He isn't for sale and he is happy to remain a Livorno player.

"In fact, I won't sell anyone until June. Not even Marco Amelia who has so many clubs asking after him.

"We have 26 players, of which six are attackers. If the Coach wants to get rid of one of those then we could bring in a midfielder or a young defender to complete the squad, but otherwise there will be no business."
