Liverpool ace Fernando Torres has told Barcelona star Lionel Messi that a move to England would improve him as a footballer.

Chelsea and Manchester City have linked with the Argentine superstar and Torres says: "Moving to England would make him an even better player.

"He is what he is now, but his improvement would accelerate (in England) because the game here requires you to do that."
