Liverpool striker Fernando Torres has been named the PFA Fans' Player of the Month for February. PFA deputy chief executive Mick McGuire said: "He had a great season last year, culminating in him being a major player in Spain's Euro success.

"A ratio of one goal per two games this season illustrates what a fantastic acquisition he has been for Liverpool."
