Liverpool midfielder Jonjo Shelvey is chasing an FA Cup final start.

He hopes to do enough in the next two games to prove he's worth a place in the Wembley squad on May 5.

Shelvey told LFC magazine: "I would like chances in the next few league games to try and force my way into the squad for the final but it's down to the manager.

"I'll just keep doing everything I can in training and in the game time that I get to prove to him I'm worth a place."
