Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard insists he can backup for England against Ukraine after Friday's win in Moldova.

Manager Roy Hodgson replaced his skipper at the interval, but it was merely a precaution ahead of another World Cup qualifier against Ukraine on Tuesday.

"There are no problems at all, I'm fit and fine," Gerrard said.
