Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard is happy to be playing for England coach Roy Hodgson.
Gerrard is just getting used to life again under Hodgson - a man who was his manager at Liverpool.
He said: "It was a shock when Fabio left. Now there's been a change, we have to get on with it. Usually when a new manager comes in you get a big boost. I like the manager, he's got a lot of strengths.
"The key to Roy is he tries to make a side very difficult to beat. We were straight into team shape with him telling us what he expected.
"We need to be difficult to beat, play at a high tempo and be better in possession. If we do those three things, we'll have a chance of doing well."
