Liverpool midfielder Joe Cole feels Lille star Eden Hazard can make an instant impact in England.

Cole played with Hazard while on-loan with Lille this season and knows the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea are chasing the Belgian.

"Eden may need a few months to settle in but he could easily hit the ground running," said Cole, when asked how Hazard would adapt to English football.

"He is a top player and is only going to get better and better. He has got the mindset to be world class."
