Liverpool midfielder Joe Cole says Chelsea are buying a future superstar in Lille ace Eden Hazard.

The Belgian has tweeted he's joining Chelsea this week.

Cole played with Hazard last season on-loan and said: "He can do everything. He can pass, he can dribble, he can shoot, score goals and make goals. He will take time to adjust but he will become a top, top player in the Premier League and maybe one of the best in the world."
