Blackpool have made their 10th signing of the summer with the arrival of Tom Ince from Liverpool on a two-year deal. The 19 year old is a left-winger and son of former Blackburn boss and Liverpool player, Paul.
The ex-England Under-19 player appeared eight times for Notts County while on loan last season.
The Seasiders have had to pay an undisclosed fee to the Reds because he turned down a new deal at Anfield.
