Liverpool are concerned by the latest foot injury suffered by skipper Jordan Henderson, according to the Daily Express.

The England international has not featured for the club since a 2-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield back in February.

The 26-year-old, who has made 24 league appearances this season, is currently wearing a protective boot and could miss out on the club's tour to Australia in late May.

Jurgen Klopp is eager to have the influential Henderson fully fit for pre-season ahead of a big 2017/18 campaign for the Merseyside club.
