Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling is hoping to make England's World Cup squad.
After impressing at Queens Park Rangers, Liverpool came calling when he was 15, paying an initial fee of £600,000. Current England boss Roy Hodgson handed Sterling his senior debut for Liverpool as well as giving him his first England nod.
"[Hodgson] has seen me play and I think he likes the way I play," Sterling told BBC Sport. "I'm grateful he's the manager of England.
"He gives me good motivation to do well. He puts his arm around me and gives me little things I can do better at."
