Liverpool are keeping tabs on Udinese attacker Luis Muriel.
The young Colombia international has been watched by the Reds for over 18 months.
The Daily Express says Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has been informed he can land Muriel for £20 million.
Muriel scored 12 goals in 25 games last season.
