Wolfsburg midfielder Tolga Cigerci is being watched by Liverpool.

Fanatik says Liverpool are keeping tabs on Cigerci, currently on-loan at Hertha Berlin.

The Germany U20 international is highly rated and Hertha coach Jos Luhukay described him by saying; "He is constantly on the move, dynamic, technically good."
