FC Groningen striker David Texeira is being tracked by Liverpool.
The Daily Mail says he moved to Groningen, Luis Suarez's first club in Europe, last August, but seven goals in 12 league games have caught the eye.
Texeira was also born in Salto, the same area as Suarez and Napoli's Edinson Cavani.
