Liverpool are monitoring developments around CSKA Moscow striker Seydou Doumbia.

The Daily Mail says his agent Jean-Bernard Beytrison is due to fly to Moscow tonight (Monday) for talks with CSKA as the likes of Napoli and Inter Milan push to negotiate over his £26m release clause.

Liverpool will need to appoint a new manager for talks to continue while the player is also keen to see how strong interest is from Manchester United.
