Liverpool want Johnson to accept pay-cut

Liverpool are willing to discuss new terms with Glen Johnson.

The Mirror says the England right-back's £139,000 a week contract is set to expire in June and the Reds won't fork out that much next time.

“It’s something the club will take up at the right time,” said Reds boss Brendan Rodgers. “I’m not sure where it’s at.”
