Liverpool are waiting for the green light to move for Juventus striker Paulo Dybala.
The Argentina international could be made available by Juve as they seek to cover the outlay made to bring Cristiano Ronaldo to Turin from Real Madrid.
TyC Sports says Liverpool are in contact with Juve and ready to pounce should Dybala be put up for sale.
Juve are seeking to make several sales to cover the €112m paid to sign Ronaldo and also his contract.
Along with Dybala, Gonzalo Higuain and Daniele Rugani are also expected to be on the move to Chelsea in the coming days.
For Liverpool, they know Dybala can play as a No10 and also as a striker and will solve manager Jurgen Klopp's bid to find a long-term replacement for Philippe Coutinho, now of Barcelona.
