Liverpool are launching a bid for Benfica attacker Lazar Markovic.
The Daily Mail says Liverpool have made a bid to sign Markovic from Benfica.
The Serb is one of the hottest young properties in European football and has a £20m release clause.
Markovic, 22, was a huge influence on Benfica winning the Portuguese title. Liverpool have been tracking him for some time, as had Chelsea, and will meet his release clause.
