Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is keen on Bayern Munich midfielder Xherdan Shaqiri.
Rodgers will move for the Switzerland international should Southampton continue to refuse dropping their asking price for Adam Lallana.
Shaqiri struggled for minutes last season at Bayern and can move on for the right price.
