Liverpool, Tottenham watching Werder Bremen attacker Marko Marin

Werder Bremen playmaker Marko Marin remains on the radar of Premier League clubs.

The Daily Mail says Liverpool and Tottenham are continuing to monitor Werder Bremen playmaker Marin.

The 22-year-old German international can play across the midfield and as a winger.

Arsenal and Chelsea have also watched him.
