Barcelona have joined the race to sign German international Jonas Hector, according to reports from Spanish media outlet Sport.

FC Koln's Hector impressed for Germany during the 2016 European Championships and the defender has managed to attract the interest from a number of clubs, with reports claiming that Premier League duo Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur were keen on his services.

Now according to reports, even Spanish giants Barcelona are keen on Hector and the La Liga champions had reportedly sent scouts to monitor the progress of the 26-year-old during Euro2016.
